Sounds like it's taking a toll on his mental health, sad to hear. It's frustrating, but it's not his fault that he's so injury prone.
All but given up on him as an Arsenal player but hopefully he can regain his fitness elsewhere (like Tierney at Sociedad, but hopefully more successful)

Tomiyasu is going away for treatment in the hope a change of environment can help mentally as well as physically.
