That's the spot! Or nearest to it; there's a wee parklet under the bridge by the train tracks now where the old toll bridge was & where actual event took place. I was disappointed the new docu didn't cover this event, but it's often overlooked. Lots of kudos to General Glova & his M'headers, tho!

The new owners of #SanFrancisco's Dirt Alley didn't read the fine print, payed more than twice what anyone else did for an equivalent strip of unusable land, & can't do backsies b/c their District 4 has disenfranchised itself in a fit of pique, an effort they supported
