You think anyone who says that a trans woman is a biological man is a fascist FFS. There’s an epidemic among dipshit American millennials/ Gen Zers who chronically misuse terms like fascism, communism and genocide. Words have meanings; best we stick to them.

I've seen no evidence Peggie is bigoted. AIUI, the law is clear that the health board must provide single sex changing spaces. So the fact that Dr Upton is both legally and biologically male is pertinent to the case. Acknowledgement of sex, where it is relevant, is not transphobia or bigotry.

Like you, Dr Upton is a man.
No woman should be forced to share a changing room with a man. Let alone a straight man.
Sandie Peggie should never have been put in that position in the first place.
She was brave to speak out.
Now she is being punished for doing so.

It's a single SEX changing room. Dr Upton has not changed sex. Ergo this is not the correct changing room.
If Dr Upton would prefer not to use the male changing room I'm sure it would be easy to find a third space.
Peggie is entitled to use a single SEX room.
