I seriously considered keeping this beast but there were so many issues ranging from the right axle to the damned CUE infotainment system to a poor quality paint job that it just didn't make sense to keep it for longer.

Dinner at Casa de Mapache: dry-brined medium New York strip, seasoned with in-house herbs and homemade garlic butter, cooked in a cast iron skillet. Crispy gnocchi cooked in same skillet to absorb remaining butter and seasonings.
