Your logic makes no sense. He is already doing this. Why are you agreeing to his CR? Make it make sense. I'm a fed worker and am literally asking to not get a paycheck for the good of our democracy.

FYI Politico reported that Trump misspoke and he meant they're going to cut 65% of EPA's spending. Not sure that's any better...
