Wish we had a wild version of this new garden snail mount (coming in Midnight) to tame!

Four new garden snail mounts. All have a saddle on top of their shells. The shells look like cabbages and their bodies have a leaf- or scale-like covering. The colours are: Blue body with crimson shell, green body & shell, punk body with olive shell, orange body and shell.

IRL? I don't think so, though they can use their front legs as hands and do some bidepal stuff. The in-game ones are kind of knuckle-walkers

Also, fun thing worth noting; pangos have a sleeping animation, yet scalehides do NOT have the "Rest" ability for hunters to be able to make their scaly bois sleep. THIS IS CRIMINAL! Our wonderful lurking pet dev should totally give every pet the "Rest" ability!

Check out these amazing amazards. These new members of the Lizard family can be found in Zul Aman in Midnight. There are more colours but I picked out two of the brightest.

A tauren hunter in WoW: MIdnight with a pair of "amazard" lizard pets. They're large lizards with four rows of wicked spikes along their backs and somewhat turtle-like faces with horned noses.

One is magenta-purple with a bright green back, and the other tomato red with a lime green back.

As anticipated, these horned capybaras are a great addition to the Rodent family!

* As with snails, I expect more a matter of trying to make everything tameable that they can within the limits of a finite number of staff free and able to add new families. Which is appreciated!

Zul Aman is now open on the Midnight Alpha (Eversong now closed), so we get to see some new things!

Here's a selection of tameable pangolins - simply called 'pangos'.

They're classed as Scalehides, which may seem a bit odd for something that isn't a reptile but no stranger than snails as carapids*

Worth noting is that the devilsaptors (tyrannosaptors ingame) is that they have updated animations; they use the same animations as the Flarendo mount!

Florafaun aren't a new family, but rather a new type of pet within families (like Undead). Taming them requires a special skill but we don't yet know how to obtain it.

Midnight also brings two new hydra types!

TRIGORES are spiky beasts of a more conventional form, including a electrified 'boss' that may or may not be tameable.

MANDRAGORAS are part of something something new: FLORAFAUN! Taming them requires a special skill but we don't yet know how to obtain it.

A montage of new hydra looks coming in Midnight. Firstly, four "trigore" looks - a more conventional WoW hydra model with spikes along their spines, in sombre blue, green white and electrified blue. Then six "mandragoras" - a kind of plant monster in hydra form, with 3 venus flytrap heads surrounded by petals on long stalks: green with yellow faces, green with sombre yellow necks and petals, green with purple heads, green with red heads, aqua blue with magenta heads, and purple with orange heads.

Next in our Midnight pet showcase: two new plant dino models!

Known as SAPTORS and DEVILSAPTORS (how about treeannosaurs?) they belong in Raptors & Devilsaurs, respectively. There are 6 matching colours for each.

Both require the 'Florafaun' taming skill, which we haven't located yet.
