Bonus close-ups of the White-headed Pigeon's eyes. When the sun hits the cornea from the side like this you can see some of the topology of the fibres that make up the iris. You can even see the 'lip' of the iris surrounding the hole that is the pupil (and the lens below).

Just realised that high school films like Mean Girls and any number of prison movies are reliant on gang subcultures, canteens, and retribution. I don't know what, if anything, to do with that.

I mended a misbehaving belt, correcting it at least temporarily with masking tape. I note this in case of being named and shamed for public order offences if it gives out later today.

Enjoying an odd mix of toddler space - spontaneous play, solo and with others - and grown-up business. Happy with a theatre piece I've been working on and got great response to, meeting a comics collaborator later, animated concept bubbling. Leavened by finance, admin and comms to keep it all going.
