They’re okay. Not purchase again many though for that price. I mean they’re tasty but don’t taste anything like eggs. My tofu scramble tastes more like eggs. I do however appreciate that edible separation sheet that gets crispy like egg whites do. Well done to that!!

I’ve been vegan over 2 years, and ironically not a huge cheese eater but around the holidays it’s oddly harder because I guess you’re use to being surrounded by all of it and what that means emotionally. Family, festivities, etc. Rebel cheese was good but I plan on not buying more for a while.

No. This seems like an easy food to duplicate as far as cultured meat goes. Invest money/time/energy into that instead. We don’t need to be creating new ways of animal torture or potential nutritional issues farming something that will wither in captivity (or plan our demise).

As a joke, I planted the seeds of a grocery sweet pepper & after a false start they absolutely took off. No bugs, no pesticides, and they went crazy producing.
