Does anybody have a suggestion for a good calendar app? Since going back to one phone, I’ve been using the @apple calendar on my phone. It never sends notifications when I select “notify” and I’ve been missing important things because of this.

Nothing irks me more than spending 20 min looking for something and creating a mess only to discover said item EXACTLY where it belongs! I don’t appreciate past me doing what she was supposed to! How am I supposed to find things this way?!

When I was 10, I just got into a stall and someone’s kid was mad and kicked open the door. A line of adults watched me pee and wipe because I didn’t know what to do…I remember I wanted to tell her how that was shitty, but I put my head down in shame, washed hands, and left. Still think about it.

Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like naming a cemetery, “Resurrection Cemetery,” is just asking for trouble.

Not to be dramatic or anything, but dropping/breaking legos is the non-parental equivalent of pumping and spilling breast milk.

Nobody ever prepares you for the part of adulthood where you’ll come to appreciate a “good box” when you have one. Like “daaaayum this is a great box! I think I’ll keep it just in case.”
