NCAR does a whole lot more than just climate research, and I think calling it a climate research lab paints an incomplete picture. Atmospheric chemistry, severe thunderstorms, radar, software and tools, etc.

New stat suggestion for the #NFL. INT category for WR/RB, especially for balls that are tipped balls or obvious catchable balls. Shouldnt go against the QB.

Just a reminder that NWS is considered essential during a government shutdown. Meteorologists will still go to work, forecasts will still be made, watches and warnings will be issued, data will flow. We won’t be paid until the shutdown ends, but we’ll still protect life and property as always.

You wanna avoid ties in the #NFL overtime. Make the OT 15 mins instead of 10. 10 mins only allows one long possession each way. Still like that, each team gets at least one possession.
