Probably closer to 27%. There are fewer of them than they want us to think.

They don't plan to. They plan to set up permanent systems so that oil largely goes to the US, and instate someone who will be loyal to them via loads of dark money from oil execs. They're not governing shit outside of making sure that happens.

This guy's from the UK and has been wrong in the past with his predictions. I don't think there's a reason for him to be this hyper critical yet, other than sowing seeds of doubt so people are primed to look for negativity and set up an expectation for him to fail. It's a classic tactic from neolibs
