Just finished listening to this. Walker's ideas felt radical, incisive, kind and practical. It has really clarified my understanding and anger — and its roots. And given me insights on how to work with it better - in myself and with others. And the narration grew on me a little...

It's seems to be focussed on trauma caused by intentionally bad or neglectful parenting so far – I think due to the author's own experience – but the wisdom shared feels useful, universal & generous. The narration is a tad monotonous to my ears, but not off-puttingly so.
