Don't forget your House rep. My House rep's office said they took detailed notes and got my info to follow up. The smaller area your rep controls, the bigger impact you have on them

I’d be surprised if all of these calls have zero effect at this point.

It is abit encouraging though; last time we were waaaaay further along in the process. So I’m guessing we’re having some kind of effect this time.

By treating them with respect and kindness, you're not only helping to gum up the system but you're also not feeding into the exploitative nature of call centers (where the goal is largely for customers to vent their anger on agents and then give up their concerns). Reserve anger for CEO's.

All of these look shaky to me honestly.

Still call and email about them, but I’m guessing some of the more hardcore members might say this isn’t enough for them.
