I can’t fucking believe what I’m seeing on social media. All the clips of the execution performed by ICE today in Minneapolis are just disgusting. This has gotten out of hand. Fuck ICE🖕 and especially fuck Trump.🖕

I’ve been pretty absent from social media for months, because I was just in a bad frame of mind. While home and family life is still piss poor, I have started going to the doctor again after many years. Surprisingly physical health isn’t bad, and started on antidepressants.

A new year is the stereotypical time for a renewal and such…So I wish everyone a better 2026 than a 2025.

Every ingredient used was bought fresh from the farmers market, chicken, milk, butter, eggs, potatoes…except the flour and extra chicken broth. Wheat isn’t really grown around here, and the fresh broth at the farmers market would’ve been about $50 for what I needed, $12 at store.
Was able to stay productive today, during my unemployed funk, and made a super tasty and fresh batch of homemade Pennsylvania Dutch style Chicken Pot Pie. Got farm fresh chicken quarters, potatoes, butter, and milk at the farmers market yesterday.

And for the love that all is holy, the vast fluctuations are tiresome. It’s honestly like we completely swing from 10-30 degrees above average to 10-30 below. Granted, that does keep the average…average 🤷♂️
But it’s weird to have 80’s in day March and 30/40 overnight in July.

Climate Change Deniers can believe whatever, but climate has always been a hobby of mine, and I know my local regional climate has changed. When I was growing up in the 90’s, Summer was fairly consistently upper 70’s/low 80’s, and didn’t have vast fluctuations.

I alluded to things a little while ago, but I can’t hold it in anymore. I’m completely broken again, and probably even lower and more hopeless than I have ever been. I was, in my personal life, dealing with massive anxiety and depression that was already having me at my breaking point.

I almost came onto social media tonight to talk about really negative shit going on in my life, but a couple good posts nullified that. I’m just going to try to leave it on a high note. Life’s too short, Focus on the good in it.✌️
