I also now have Moonraker complaining about PolicyKit but I don't care to fix it at the moment as it doesn't really matter.

I've look across multiple forums online, nobody has a fix for this issue. The only thing I can blame at this point is the damn game itself. I see there's a major update coming out next week, and I have some sliver of hope that it will fix the issue. I'm not holding my breath though.

I've also tried the packet buffering setting in game. Neither of those settings improve my issue, and at worse (with the packet buffering) make my latency worse overall. These issues happen on both Valve official servers, and third-party servers.

but, this only happens on cs2, and I have zero reported issues when using external monitoring tools while playing the game. I'm not the only person that has this issue either, I run into multiple people per day that say they have the same problem. I've tried restricting my games rate in settings -

my clients packet loss (on the receiving end only, at least I think that's what the last two digits of the first chain of numbers means.) spikes constantly to 99+. Now, I would chalk this up to something on my end or congestion in my route to the server or anything else usually -
