I am so so so so so glad that our platform accessibility problems here can generally be solved with an elevator or ramp to the platform. Just thinking about UK platform heights gives me anxiety

With PSDs and raising platforms, sure, but those things are not strictly required for GoA4 operation.
Though you’re correct that a lack of level boarding definitely increases risk, perhaps to an unacceptable level with GoA4 operation, which I didn’t consider 😰
