Tuna did really good, she's a nervous dog but she did alright. only a little crying and a little shaking
but she did great for the vet, great for her nail trim

and now she is enjoying a duck foot at home for her efforts

maybe just wiping her feet every day will help her be less yeasty in her paws, we'll see. she has a vet appointment tomorrow afternoon, we'll see what that brings us

she's on a limited ingredient food, but if she does end up having a grain allergy then we have to get ANOTHER different food for her

also she has very short hair and i think sensitive skin, so we bathe her every 3 weeks instead of every 6 like a normal short haired dog

that a chihuahua/pug mix
would have no allergies??

never respond. it's like they're just gone. and eventually i get exhausted trying to reach out all the time and getting nowhere

update: her dinosaur blanket and froggie hoodie are fresh out of the dryer and they're cozy and warm so she's fine now

she's on preventative but i don't want those fuckers in my house

people will let their dog literally ruin their life instead of just training them

once i had a lady literally tell me that her huge unruly dog pulled her to the ground so hard during a walk that she broke her arm in 3 places. i asked her if she'd like some help teaching the dog not to pull her so she doesn't get hurt again
she literally told me no and "he's just like that"

one of my favorite things ever and if you let me, i will not shut up about them

i am a Heavy shrimp enjoyer, i sell the crap out of those guys at work and i am jealous every day i dont have my own shrimp

she'll be 5 in a month, which isn't Old (especially because she is a small dog) but she's already graying and obviously isn't...the most well bred animal out there

so we are paying a lot of attention to potential arthritis, joint pain, heart issues, eye problems, and skin dryness/itchiness

we've got her on lots of hip and joint vitamins and a gentle exercise routine, there's actually a place in town that does canine hydrotherapy and i've considered trying to get in there for her knees

we are also working closely with a vet to monitor any type of pain she could be in with her knees
