A majority of the people I've known in my life have been hypocrites to an insane degree and it's genuinely sad. I know everyone contradicts themselves here and there but I swear to fucking God that the people I've met are/were doing that way too often

After multiple attempts, I finally reached a meditative state of mind today :) Took 10 minutes of deep breathing but I felt a lot of emotional weight lift off of me and it almost felt like I was asleep while still being fully awake. I need to keep doing this

I've also learned more about myself and the people surrounding me a lot more in the past week than I have in multiple years. I'm far from having it figured out, but I think this is finally the beginning of more steps forward
Taking the time to be bored and consuming educational/inspirational content much more than other kinds of videos has genuinely done more for me than therapy ever has
