I uniquely understand Trump's mind. He is going to post tomorrow morning about how low oil prices are now and how everything is going to plan, and it's going to have the markets hit the circuit breakers.

Just a legal historian here reminding everyone that “high crimes and misdemeanors” do not need to be felonies.
