Can’t use the human version for cats, though, because it usually includes an artificial sweetener that is toxic to cats.
Use gabapentin for my cat. Low doses for pain relief, higher as a sedative when going to the vet.
Isn’t addictive. After a while with experience it’s easy to fine-tune the dosage for specific conditions.
(Can’t use human gabapentin, though, b/c of artificial sweetener that is toxic to cats.)
