It was only a couple of years into doing this that I realised the mustard was probably for the sausages they also sold but by then the habit was fully formed.

Salt, mayo, mustard is a great combo.
I used to have exactly that when we went to the friterie on French holidays - I'd noticed the mayonnaise and mustard dispensers and assumed that was The French Way.

Either way there is something that needs to be fixed - either the processes/procedures themselves; the oversight and controls that prevent deviation from those or the training of the individuals executing the procedures.

In the OBR case, though, there is no lock or combination. You have just put your bike behind a bush and are hoping no-one looks there.
I mean you can still call the police, who might give you a crime number but almost certainly not investigate, but your insurance company will laugh at your claim.
