For sure. Elon’s tweet is a threat. If Trump backs down, those things Elon claimed he helped Trump won the election will be just money. If Trump doesn’t back down, there may be more info or leaks how Trump won the election that he shouldn’t have. (that doesn’t implicate Elon of course)
