ya i was hesitant abt moros' keepsake too, but if you have more than one death defiance, it won't end your run if you can't finish the encounter within 10 seconds

moros' doom defiance also. but that does not work w skelly's keepsake... and echo can give you death defiances given you lost at least one before her and she offers you the option
