Apparently the Marty McFly piece wasn't done with AI, the artist posted the layers of the piece on Instagram. The dangers of including AI art in your projects means that legitimate artists are under further scrutiny- It poisons the entire well and needs to be stopped.

I appreciate everyone who calls out AI art but the Marty McFly piece is not AI. Sean Dove the artist posted this on his instagram.

but if i were to recommend a concert to introduce the band to casuals, it would be houston 1977, for similar reasons (especially considering the audio quality is great)

if i were to pick my favorite queen setlist, it would be the one from their wembley arena performance on 13 may 1978

just a perfect balance of their earlier, heavier and more complex stuff with some of their more iconic, well-known stuff

i felt that the "golden age" of queen live performances was from 1977-1979 (maybe also 1980-1982), since their setlists felt more balanced, there was more creative improvisation, and freddie mercury's vocal performances in particular from may 1977 to may 1978 and nov 1979 to june 1982 were top-notch

and freddie's vocal condition did peak in the early 80s, however...

by the mid-80s, i kinda think their setlists had become more of "greatest hits" setlists, freddie was on the piano less, and i felt a bit like their was less variety in brian's guitar solo improvs
