I am really saddened by the level of vitriol and hatred being directed toward the trans community.
We are losing our common humanity. How hard is it to treat people with kindness and respect?

No we don’t because when you have chronic illness sometimes they tell you how much your appointments and medications would cost.They say it’s to make sure you turn up as you see the cost of not doing so. Really it makes you feel like a burden to society rather than a member that needs extra support
Someone needs to invent some kind of online calculator whereby we Brits can put in our recent healthcare appointments/meds/experiences and it’ll calculate what it would cost on average in the USA. Just to hammer home how bloody lucky we are to have the NHS and how fiercely we need to protect it.
