I will take the god in my pocket and keep it trapped there. If it is to have me, it will die with me. At that moment, Doom will look the other way. At that moment, there will be no gods in their pockets. And the future can sprint, silently, quietly, to our potential.

Vague familiarity, a substance more corrosive then nostalgia.

In one person's mind, crultey is logical. In another it's inhuman. To the observer it's uneeded, to the writer it's required. The guilty believe it's deserved, the innocent wish it on none.

I hate how creeping loneliness is. It's not sudden, instant, quick to end or abruptly destructive. It claws and burrows and waits. Like a healed bone, when the weather changes, it just aches. I'd much prefer to rip off my arm. At least then I could fix the pain.

I prefer plants over people. Quiet, productive, and a lot less screaming when choped up.
