And wow huge congrats to the Skate Story team!!! Their launch party was so cool and fun, it was amazing to be able to hear the music live and the DJs destroy the speakers (I did die with joy) its crazy to think I saw a version of the game in like a playtest Thursday or showcase in 2022 or 2023!!

Getting to watch the dark comedy indie film D(e)ad in theatre!! So thankful there were more showings in NYC after I realized places were selling out!! What a joy to see a movie made with love and people playing their experiences of an autobiographical retelling. You should watch!

Cafe Con Leche, a queer romcom musical by a fellow cohort friend Maiga Vidal at NYU’s HEAR US program. This musical I’ve seen from when it was first being pitched and described back in 2024 and I had the honor of sitting in on its first table read. I felt truly lost in the story and music, wow!!!

The recent and last 2025 NY #Godot User Group playtests! @reid.work, @russmatney.bsky.social, Timmy, and John had such STELLAR games shown!! An insanely informative post mortem and everyone showing vastly different fun directions of their game designs!
