Looks good! Can I ask what newsletter/email service you use? Also the subscribe form text appears to be white on white BG so not visible on my dark mode phone.

Lol yeah never too late! Also three has been around a long time now so I guess it's pretty much the standard so evergreen sort of.

Ah ok. So you haven't yet broken the laws of physics egg wise anyway. But yeah maybe I'll give that a try someday. My kid really enjoys a good egg in the ramen so worth a shot. Surely though now I say it aloud twice some chef's hair is standing on end at my barbarism.
