finished my first blanket ever #crochet, it’s filled me with a lot of emotions. It was a tradition for my granny to send a giant bundle of crocheted blankets to me and my family every year, she stopped a few as her health deteriorated, now I’m picking it up, here’s my first granny gift blanket 💕

Can anyone give me a project recommendation for when you’re not mentally there? both my 🧶 crochet projects last night I ended up miscounting and adding rows. I’m so down with COVID I just want to do something creative and fun.

Sleepy sick day today trying to get going again on the Christmas pile 🧶, doing a double yarn double crochet to hopefully knock out some more items since I’ve been delayed. Bea is clearly disappointed in my lack of progress. #crochet #beagle #dogsinfiberarts

Went out Sunday afternoon to go grab some yarn, someone cut through an intersection and my car did not survive. I did with a stiff neck and shoulders, you really cannot predict any moment in your life or prepare for everything.

My current existence constant battle for maintaining any form of consistency, job, relationship, health, sanity. I feel so compelled to fill every moment with productivity I hardly feel rested and when I do I feel guilty for not have done more bc what if I am not prepared enough for the worst.

I’m going to updating on my Christmas projects on here til I figure out how i want to use this account. I’ve never really had a great experience with any social media as a 30 year old I always felt like too young, old or late to the party with each platform hoping it’s different here #crochet
