Yglesias and the abundance folks will fail to create a new political coalition. Cuomo and the establishment are not interested in zoning reform and are antithetical to the things they say they want.
Yglesias supporting Eric Adams and Cuomo over Zohran is possibly the best endorsement Zohran could have gotten.

So Harris was unpopular and the agenda didn't inspire hope or energy. Klein's motion has been non-existent since 2017. Establishment Dems need to leave the party. A cancer.

Great article on development in CDMX. The private market can only do so much to provide housing. It’ll be interesting to see if CDMX can provide truly affordable social housing for the 4 out of 5 people who don’t make enough to live where they work.
