An early turntable with some very simple and skimpy clothing and accessories. It looks fine, but didn't release because I didn't want this to be her "canon outift" due to a lack of clothing models.

How about some tits?

I experimented with tit physics early on, but was never able to tame Blender's janky sims. It resulted in her blend files crashing frequently on frame 2. It makes for some entertaining footage, though, as her tits seem to have had a few too many cans of white monster energy

But alas, as seems to be a trend with the tools of my model, it's incredibly cumbersome to use as is. So this was the most I was able to do before getting tired of working on it. Rendered with an older version of EEVEE and some wonky bump map setup, so the shader looks kinda crappy here.

Geometry nodes can also be used in a multitude of ways. This was an earlier experiment in borgifying Lily. How it works is that it instances thousands of tiny hexagonal slabs along painted areas of her body. Each slab has a unique procedurally generated, vaguely technological texture.
