Anarchy? Here’s the reason for the urgency. Elon’s job is to find the money required to extend the 2017 tax cuts for the rich. They sunset this year. Extending requires “paying” for them with offsetting reductions. To make them permanent budget items (agencies) must be permanently eliminated.
