In our conservative estimate, 41 percent of Grok’s images — or 1.8 million — were sexualized depictions of women. Separately, CCDH analyzed how many were sexualized images across genders and ages. Their findings: an estimated 3 million images, including more than 23,000 of children.

I think two huge myths also contribute to that norm: 1. it’s a good investment (not really, over a long term historically even in places like most of California) 2. it’s financially better to buy then rent (it’s usually not)

(and the person doesn’t have to make any money with the website.)

That’s an interesting question.
