I once worked with a guy who claimed to be a true libertarian. He tended to vote center right for the "lower taxes" and "small government." Democrats wanted to push their agenda too much. I wonder how he feels now that MAGA has armed military in the streets. Seems a little bit too far for him. You?

Just 4 fun, or a thought experiment I think about time travel, where and when, etc. At this point and lot has changed since the early ideas. Now I know I would not do it. 1000s of mistakes got me to a point where I met the most wonderful woman in the world. Sorry, I can't risk that.

Trump seems to KNOW what was happening during the Biden administration. It wasn't Biden, it was an auto pen. Trump doesn't like vote by mail either. He wants us to vote in person. Seems like a trust issue.

The case for fascism, no more concerns over what to wear, the government will tell you. Safe, as long as you can pay the bribes. Coke or Pepsi? The government will decide for you. Thinking about a vacation or retirement? Forget about that. Work will set you free.

There are a lot of tax options, my proposal, an annual estate tax focused on the top 20%, a low corporate tax (after we remove all welfare and exemptions), and an income tax that starts at about $72K. All for-profit institutions pay including churches.
