Had my blood taken and I'm pleased that the sight and feeling of the needle entering my arm didn't faze me. Yet the sight of blood rushing into the vial, escaping me, unnerved me more than expected. Bleh.

Needless to say, Words of Radiance was excellent. Though, to my great distaste, I learned from a lecture by @brandonsanderson.com that he pronounces Shallan's name wrong.

OC Transpo downtown bus was nearly an hour late today. Each stop we past was like mine, crowded with people getting soaked in the rain.
