this kind of shit is why I never want to support Arrowhead ever again. they tiptoe around the reactionary part of their fan base, which is something you can't do when you're satirizing fascism. I mean the top, undeleted comment on steam updates would be "pls no rainbow cape" for weeks after release

I disagree, trans and queer ppl were basically driven out of the main Helldivers discord when it released because the devs both-sides-ed transphobia vs calling it out (screenshot of an arrowhead person saying as much). they intentionally court chuds and it's disingenuous to say they don't
