You're JOKING this was approved. The move of large corporations, particularly Nintendo, patenting obvious gameplay ideas that just happen to be executed via software is one of the greatest threats to game development and creativity. How is the USPTO approving these. (Claim breakdown below)

If Nintendo wants to get around the tariffs, it would need to rebrand its video game console as a computer, perhaps for families.

I paid sixty dollars for No Man's Sky nine years ago and they refuse to stop making the video game. I've begged them to go home to their families but they won't stop adding new kinds of weird little guys and like, optimizing the gentle patter of rain on an alien ocean. Please let me pay for a DLC

I've started Red Dead Redemption 2 and blimey, these outlaws are chatty. Like, they're all the strong and extremely talkative type. I think narrative games are often closer to radio than film. The experience is more like listening to an audio serial than watching a western.

Hey friends, I tried to collect as many gaming companies I could find that have moved to Blue Sky. Including some individuals (like Kojima) and console companies. If you know of others, do let me know! go.bsky.app/P7EN7fj
