China's new tax on contraceptives isn't about discouraging their use to promote new births.

The evidence: An active national program giving away FREE condoms, IUDs, oral contraceptives, etc.

It's not worth writing about, but every major news outlet did🧵

The reason people supported the British Empire/Nazi Germany taking stuff was because they believed it would come to them.

But the British Empire owned 1/3rd of the planet for 200 years, yet 99% of Britons were still dirt poor.

Trump is no different, Americans will get nothing.

ICE’s public violence should be a reminder that they commit brutal acts in private facilities too.

Every report has been horrific and we only have the smallest glimpse into the horrors.
2025 was ICE’s deadliest year in two decades. Here are the 32 people who died in custody
The deaths came as the Trump administration ramped up immigration enforcement, detaining a record number of people

Once again, the first thing that comes to mind is that is the same mo under Israeli occupation in Palestine.

Shoot, block ambulances until the victim bleeds out, deny wrong doing. Repeat because no one will stop you.
"A doctor at the scene attempted to help the woman who was shot, but was kept away by federal agents. When an ambulance finally arrived, it was blocked from reaching her by law-enforcement vehicles, and paramedics had to reach her on foot. The woman has died." www.theatlantic.com/ideas/2026/0...

Anyone who has read Copaganda knows that we are in the crucial early moments of virality after an extra-judicial police murder. It's extremely important for ICE that the media plays along with the idea that what happened is contested and there are multiple perspectives.

thinking about how Obama said the Patriot Act violated civil rights as a senator, then renewed it as president bc actually nvm it *was* necessary for national security. Funny how that works out
The common belief is that when Trump is voted out in 2028 the democrats will obviously dismantle the state that Trump created, and I think a lot of people aren’t preparing enough for a future where that doesn’t happen.

The pressure needs to be on everyone that backs Trump, not just the figurehead.
These 75 Democrats joined Republicans to "express gratitude" to ICE agents and call for greater local and state collaboration with ICE.

And they’ll say they can’t be held accountable because when they pulled the trigger they were afraid for their lives. Their lives which they spent serving an ideology of fear, a machine of fear, a holistic regime of fear. A culture-spanning engine of the ugliest and most dishonest fears there are.
Any one of us could be shot or kidnapped because an ICE agent doesn’t like the look of us. Are you prepared to be murdered in cold blood while “news” sources repeat the claim you were “weaponizing your vehicle” trying to leave your driveway? They want you to accept that. They want to make it normal

Despite the progress of our modern world, misogyny has continued to fester and is now fully emboldened by the rise of the far right.

The reason Elon Musk can not just release a tool that does this, but encourage users to create content like this, is because oligarchs are essentially invincible.

This is the elephant in the room no one wants to talk about.

Whether it's Iraq, Gaza, or Venezuela, there are no sanctions, travel bans, cultural boycotts, or exclusion from sporting events.

Because at the end of the day, the US sets the rules and the "International Community" has to follow.
The U.S. is a rogue state which should be sanctioned and condemned by the international community for our flagrant violations of international law and the peace of the world. We won't be, because imperialists tend to stick together.

Because then China could start bombing multiple countries, invading states for their national resources, opening hundreds of military bases around the world, hijacking oil tankers that don't belong to it, and be responsible for the death of millions overseas.

That's our job!
Why am I supposed to give a shit if the century belongs to China?
I wish this weren't true, but we now have take his threats about Greenland more seriously, and start to talk about the world-changing mistake if he chose to go to war with Europe - which would essentially guarantee the rest of this century is China's.
