The TX Attorney General has declared he gets to decide which judicial orders are valid or not, and direct agencies not to follow them.
NEW: In an opinion from Attorney General Ken Paxton, he says that court orders that allowed transgender Texans to change the sex on driver's licenses or birth certificates "are void," and state agencies must "immediately correct any unlawfully altered driver's licenses or birth certificates"
