Having posted overall energy data for our ASHP I have had some queries about running costs. This is not exactly the answer to that question (which I could go into more detail), but here is our total household utility costs since 2015. No adjustment for inflation etc, 2023 spike = UK unit rate spike

My house has had an ASHP for 4.25yrs. In that time (with continuous monitoring) it has consumed 10249kWh-elec and delivered 32308kWh-heat. The average COP has been 3.15 and the average daily heat delivered has been 20.8kWh, with approx 18.9kWh/day being space heating and 2.1kWh/day being DHW.

Interesting that NIBEuplink now offers energy estimates for our ASHP. Stats here a little different to our OpenEnergyMon heat meter data. So NIBE are estimating 1918kWh elec and our (real) metering is 2526kWh. For heat o/p the estimate is closer at 8094kWh versus 7983kWh from our heat metering.
