You don't need to AI upscale film. It naturally has ample resolution for 4K. This was post-production digital effects work, which would not have been present in the original film/digital files.

We had Target up here in Canada very briefly when Zeller's closed their doors. It failed dismally and they closed all the Targets about a year later. I was mildly disappointed at the time because I'd heard good things about Target from my U.S. friends. Nowadays, I'm increasingly glad they left.

Well thank goodness for that! Hopefully that includes the items that were given back to Hasbro from artists, that was apparently the main beef that Kirk Hindman had. According to him it wasn't the entire archive, but those rare "safekeeping" items. Glad to know there's an effort to preserve them!
