People whining about AI in music today sound an awful lot like people whining about synthesizers 40-50 years ago.
People still play instruments today, and we created genres like new wave and EDM where synths thrive.

It's isolating: pretty much everyone I know hates AI, but I was studying the stuff long before LLMs.
And now that we _have_ LLMs, like, I'm getting excited about shit like manifold-constrained hyper-connections (mHC), and applying it to my own model design.
And nobody to talk to about any of it 🙃

Returned my Khan Academy laptop. I still don't quite feel "done" there, but I'm starting to feel the relief: I don't hate my life now (at least for the moment, lol), and I'm getting a shit ton of housework done now that I don't have work sucking the life out of me even after 12 weeks unpaid leave.
