Based on crowd-sourced records of No Kings Day event turnout, and extrapolating for the cities where we don't have data yet, it looks like roughly 4-6 million people protested Trump across the U.S. yesterday. That's nearly 2% of the U.S. pop!

For a week I held a rhythm— capping information consumption, only dipping in thirty minutes a day, limiting the social scrolling. It helped. This last week I got sick and went scroll rogue and it hurt.
Reminding myself this morning more information doesn’t make me more helpful in resistance.
