Minimum Viable Product - you can always improve upon it, iteratively. First make it, then make it awesome, etc etc...

Wonder what a legal defence team would make of that. I thought that, to win a defamation prosecution, the plaintiff (correct term?) needs to show that they've suffered damage. Admitting that you're only prosecuting in order to shut other people up would seem to wreck your own case.

Vegan here. In my view, which you're welcome to disagree with, most of the cups' "non-veganity" was done when they were made and bought. If you chuck them, you have to buy more. May as well avoid the unnecessary extra consumption of resources, and keep using what you have. Thank you for being vegan!

Lincoln Cat does this most days. I notice your cat immobilises your right hand, whereas my Lincoln always goes for the left. Maybe it's a girl/boy thing.

If I remember rightly, some manuscripts of Gjúkungasögnin do have Guðrún chucking an Explorer with DiMarzio pickups and Floyd Rose locking tremolo into the snake pit, for Gunnarr to shred with. He plays Mayhem's "Freezing Moon", then turns into a vampire and explodes. They're regarded as not canon.

Do the members of the bands get given a harp, like Gunnarr Gjúkason, with which to try to lull the vicious snakes so that they don't bite?

It bugs me that "Where's yer poppy?" attacks, which flag shaggers use to imply a lack of "proper" remembrance, are always made against people (usually political enemies), but never against the massive corporations which flood all media with Christmas ads before Remembrance/Armistice days.

You'd have to be a real rube to actually believe that any citizen will ever see some or all of that $2000 "dividend". Felon 47 will have forgotten all about it by tomorrow, and even while he remembers, he has no intention of ever doing it. Maybe "in two weeks", eh? Yeah, right, Donny.

That'll work.

I think when people are against multiculturalism, their idea of not being racist consists of never admitting to or confronting their racism. They imagine that they keep their minds free of racist thoughts if they never have to interact with or think about other cultures.

I visited Essex in 2020 or 2021 (I try to blank out the details). It was just WRONG. The countryside was the wrong shape, and all the towns were weird. Couldn't wait to get back to Yorkshire. Good luck there.

Karp was happy to take the money from the stock market sharks' activities when they liked him and were shorting other businesses. Now the sharks have turned on him, he's not so keen. Market forces, Mr Karp, market forces. Nothing personal, you understand, just the way the world is.

Oh, yes, that's what we need - an ex-Reformer suing the party over being kicked out! Yes! Do it! Let's see how Reform UK Ltd's famed "sub whelk stall" level of organisational process deals with this one, and which billionaire overseas backers they need to beg for money for legal fees.

British man here. No love for Mace, but please be wary of the Daily Mail. It's not a reliable source of news; it favours emotion over facts, and it has a nasty anti-immigrant right wing agenda. Wikipedia doesn't accept Daily Mail articles as reliable citations - that's how bad it is!

I wonder that, too. I hope so; but the problem is that all these losses of one or two councillors don't make the headlines, whereas the initial election victories very much did. I fear that anyone who doesn't pay attention to the news might still think Reform Ltd are a competent party of government.

There's probably a lot of leakage on the chairs which he uses, too. They'll all need to be reupholstered and deep cleaned.

I was at a counter-demo in July 2024, against one of the rallies which became known as the Farage Riots. The Faragists chanted at us "You're not English any more!" - so, according to them, even a whitey who doesn't agree with them can lose their English status. It's all about exclusion for them.
