There's a great picture of me as a 4-year old kid hugging a huge St. Bernard named Whiskey while my mother stands nervously beside us. He was taller than I was sitting down and weighed as much at three of me.

I loved him and used to knock on my neighbor's door and ask if I could give him treats.

Home kits are mostly ok, it's just that if you screw it up you make poison that can make you go blind or kill you. If you're going to distill your own hooch it's best to have someone who knows what they're doing around to help you until you're comfortable with the process.

I remember one asshole I know arguing with me that Trayvon was making lean, which is why he had tea and skittles. Hadda reach back deep into my middle-school party days to tell him you don't use skittles to make lean.
