I love this #Copy-cat Samoa #cookie #recipe. I replaced the sugar with dates and the shortbread is #glutenfree. They taste just like the Girl Scout version and are usually my go-to #Christmascookies.

I don't expect anyone to donate to a family they don't know, but my sister's friend has 3 boys and cares for her in-laws and brother-in-law. Her husband just committed suicide on Thanksgiving leaving her as the sole bread winner on a babysitting wage 2 days/week.
