Quick feminist analysis:
1. If you centre males with transgender identities or DSDs over females you are ignoring the human rights of female athletes.
2. This makes you part of the androcentric establishment.
3. Continuity patriarchy/patriarchy reloaded.

The vast, vast majority of women who use the pond not only are not members, but have never even realised that there is a committee with voting rights on who may use the pond. They see a sign that reads 'Women's pond, no men allowed' and they believe it. AS THEY SHOULD. 2/2

So, to be clear, the occasional trans identified male used the women's pond over the years and women, as usual, were too polite to say anything. Now that trans identified men apparently see it as their right to use the women's pond, & celebrate & publicise this use, women must still stay quiet. 1/2

Yes. DEI is a good thing, done properly. But that means taking all the PCs seriously. Orgs gaming the system in one way or another to go for cosmetic diversity (easier) over real change (hard) are ubiquitous - & one reason gender woo has been so eagerly corporately adopted

You should be interested in evidence of unlawful discrimination and harassment in your industry. You are a duty bearer under the Equality Act so should be aware of your legal equality duties as an employee and manager. Also, not a breach of GDPR to send you a copy.

And if anyone wants proof of the malevolence meted out towards those in publishing who dare to say that sex is real and immutable, just have a look at this:

Unlawful discrimination and harassment of gender critical staff and unlawful policies in publishing are not justified because the perpetrators think they are the good guys. Instead they need to have it made clear or should cease immediately

Why this incendiary headline? You are stoking the flames of the culture wars instead of putting them out @theguardian.com
