The worst thing about this place compared to Old, Good Twitter is that I often have to delete a post that breaks containment because I just don't want to argue with people who don't even follow me about a silly joke. A trifle. A mummer's farce.

Oh. I just watched a @cvillecityhall.bsky.social plow purposely ram a huge amount of ice up onto a sidewalk pedestrian ramp on a 'Safe Route to School' a block away from an elementary. Lovely.

The benefit of being a physical media junkie and using no streaming service for music when the Internet is out due to an ice storm is I don't lose access to music. If power goes out, I switch to my backup battery powered mp3 drives!
