Have they figured out burn-in issues with OLED? I love my LG OLED tv but I am hesitant to get it for PC monitors since I use them for gaming as well as work. I don’t want to be dropping $800+ on monitors every few years

Yeah it hurt to drop $800 on one of the more “affordable” x mount lenses right after buying the body + kit lens. I do love 70-300 though. Great trade off of range to size/weight. I am curious about trying the Sigma stuff, I hear good things about a few of those lenses.

I am eyeing the Fuji 150-600$ but the price is eye watering, so I figure I should cool my jets and make sure the interest lasts before taking the plunge.

Good shout! I picked up a Fuji X-T4 in May with the intention of getting into Timelapse and shooting video…but quickly realized I was most excited about photographing birds. I pretty quickly snagged the 70-300mm for more reach but you can never have enough.

I looked into the recall…problem is mine isn’t eligible for the repairs…but I also want to keep using it. Did a deep clean and made some mods, feel pretty confident there’s not mold in it…it still works great and is clutch for keeping the house cool, but it feels weird just ignoring the recall.

I have very fond memories of the late game mission in DS1 where you are supposed to haul a bunch of heavy cargo through deep snowy mountains. It seemed annoying so I spent the next hour trekking through the snow building ziplines spanning the entire mountain range instead…
