Every time I review my end of the year like "WhaTHE HELL was I thinking?!". It's incredibly humbling though because it goes to show how much we really change, mature or learn in the passage overtime. Like just in a few months, you're crying over that thing you didn't even consider? I love art🥰

its actually very easy to have social anxiety and yap a lot.
it works by not speaking a lot but when you do you both feel the need to be 100% clear about what you mean and akso dont know at what point you should actually stop talking and its terrifying if you stop early and theres awkward silence
